I’m Devin, a filmmaker based in Santa Cruz, California. I serve real estate clients throughout Santa Cruz County, Monterey Bay, and parts of Santa Clara County. I create story-driven real estate films that help buyers connect emotionally with a property, and help agents stand out in a competitive market.

I’ve lived in Santa Cruz County most of my life, and I bring a local’s eye to every home I film. Whether I’m capturing a historic craftsman in Twin Lakes or a modern build in Pleasure Point or a vineyard estate with many acres, I look for the details and the feeling that make each property unique.
With a background in documentary, weddings, and promotional content, I approach real estate with the same mindset: story first, visuals that feel cinematic, creating emotional connection, and a process that’s smooth for agents and homeowners alike.
Who is Devin?
Rewinding to my early days, I began shooting video and photo around 2005, making it nearly 20 years into this wild journey with cameras. I started in documentary-style filmmaking and have explored many genres since.
I bring all these years of experience to create cinematic and personal films, while connecting with subjects and clients.
I’m also a property owner and beginning my own real estate investment journey, which gives me both a filmmaker’s perspective and a growing appreciation for the long-term value behind each property.
